Portions of Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC may be accessed only with a User ID and Password. YOU AGREE THAT SUCH ACCESS TO THE HEDGE FUND TELEMETRY LLC SITE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE NAMED SUBSCRIBER(S) ONLY. YOU AGREE FURTHER THAT YOU WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ALLOW YOUR USER ID OR PASSWORD TO BE USED BY ANY OTHER PERSON.

No portion of any publication made available through our Services may be extracted, summarized, or reproduced without permission of Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or rebroadcast of any content of Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC, such as communicating investment recommendations to non-subscribers in any manner, is prohibited and shall be considered an infringement and/or misappropriation of our proprietary rights.

The following terms apply in the event that you would like to terminate your subscription to Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC.

You may terminate receipt of any of our Free Service publications at any time by sending us a request to remove yourself from the relevant distribution list. Every email notification you receive will include a link to remove yourself from the Free Service distribution list. If you feel you have been signed up incorrectly and do not wish to have access to the Free Service publications, you can remove yourself from the list by clicking that link or sending an email request to info@hedgefundtelemetry.com.

Our Paid Service publications generally come with a limited-time money back within 24 hours. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the offer terms before subscribing. A $50 service fee will be deducted from the refund. We do not issue refunds on the renewal of a monthly or quarterly subscription; you will keep access for the full period you have paid for.

All of our premium memberships renew automatically at the end of the billing period. We do not send reminders of upcoming payments, just as Netflix or Amazon doesn’t send reminders! If you wish to cancel your membership, simply log in to your account on the site or contact us before the end of your current billing period, and we will turn off auto-renewal. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, after which time you will be converted to a Free member of our site. Unsubscribing at the bottom of distribution emails will not cancel your subscription. If the holder of an annual subscription requests a refund within 3 days of a renewal, a $50 service fee will be deducted from the refund. Monthly and quarterly renewals are not refundable.

We reserve the right to terminate your Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC subscription at any time at our sole discretion. If we do so, we reserve the right to decide whether to issue you a pro-rated refund for the portion of the subscription payments you previously paid that relates to the remaining subscription period. Termination of your subscription to Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC may result from violating these Terms or any unauthorized use, reproduction, or rebroadcast of any of our publications or information contained within the Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC website and email distribution.

In the event, Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC’s performance of this Agreement, or any obligation hereunder, is prevented, restricted, or interfered with by reason of acts of God or of the public enemy, acts of the Government in its sovereign capacity, fires, floods, epidemic, strikes, death of the founder or any other circumstances caused by natural occurrences or third party actions beyond the reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC, Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC shall be excused from such performance on a day-to-day basis to the extent of such prevention, restriction or interference.
